Some ideas of how to pair boy clothes with girl clothes. If you want to get the most out of your money you should consider buying boy pieces that work as girl pieces that way if you have a boy next you can use those clothes. There are a lot of great pieces girls can wear that are only listed as being for boys. So don't forget if you are having a girl to look in the boy section of stores as well...even if you don't end up using it for a boy. //source, Zara.

< Baby Gap Girl >

 photo Untitled-1_zps21e23daa.jpg
I am addicted to Baby Gap. I have severrralll pieces from there already and I am not even pregnant! You just can't beat their sales. They constantly have 35% to 40% off online as well as similar sales in the store. Baby Gap is the best way to go for a simple, sweet baby style without paying way too much money. Trust me, I know my baby stores and brands. As well as they have sooo many gender neutral pieces...can't beat that!

I LOVE these baby girl pieces, however, I think together as a group they look sooo girly...which I am not a huge fan of. But each piece separately have a toned down girl feel without screaming "cheesy girly".

My sister got that "ooh la la!" onesie at her baby shower and I am soo jealous. I am in love with that phrase. I am almost tempted to get me one even though I plan on having a baby boy first. :) ha.

< Gender Neutral Baby >

Some of my favorite gender neutral baby goodies. I don't LOVE overly girly and overly boyish things, but luckily there are a lot of goodies I have found that are not only gender neutral, but also in my style.

I have started buying baby clothes...probably unnecessarily early since who knows when I will have a baby{hopefully next Summer}. I make myself buy gender neutral that way nothing will go to waste and I can still feed my need to buy for baby...okay fine, I bought some amazing girl onesies the other day in Germany, but they were "can't live without" pieces and on sale...so I justify.

I am in LOVE with the website, You Are My Wild. A bazillion awesome photos of 14 different photographers' children. These are some of my favorites, but like I said, there are tons more. It was hard to chose only a few. Aren't they great?!

These photos are exactly the type of photos I want to take of my children one day. In love.

Another gender neutral not so baby, baby room. Love everything about this room. Love everything on its own and everything together. I am seriously in love with that storage bench from Target. I love that fun pea pillow...so quirky. I also especially love the idea of sticking wheels on the bottom of a crate or box, gives it great function and looks great. Use the crate for books, diapers, or toys.

< German Children's Books//Part Two >

I bought this first set of German children's books back when Jachen and I were in Bern. It's pretty exciting buying books for future children.

Wohin fährt das kleine Auto? by Eva Spanjardt is a fun little cars book which is actually the first German book I picked out. I love how the little red van goes throughout the book and travels to the end of the book. My favorite part is this book accurately shows how curvy the roads are here. A few of the pages--the book ends with the car loading on a ferry boat.

This book, Stadt, teaches about cities throughout the world and starts off with some history of Europe. Also, the last half of the book is about day to day life in Germany. Which Germany clearly isn't Switzerland--but what can you do. There aren't many books set in Switzerland. {except that series I was telling you about last time

Im Wald is just a cute little flap book teaching the words of the Forest.

This book, Herbst-Wimmelbuch, is my favorite book. This is the Autumn book of the series...it has a book for each season, but I liked this one the most. Each season shows the same town, but shows what goes on different in each season. Someday I would like to own each season. These books come in huge sizes, but I got the smaller size. If I was living here indefinitely I would have bought the big size because I love over-sized books.

Well that's it so far, my collection of German children's books. Hopefully soon I can get a few "Swiss" ones. {although to me these are all still Swiss looking} More of my German children's books, here.
