This month we--this month was Jachen's turn to be sick, filled out more paperwork for the VISA process, enjoyed Valentine's, discovered that the grocery store we used to shop at has an amazing array of pastries on Saturday mornings, went to Bern, bought some children's books in German, spent an evening with Jachen's grandparents at their new home, went to Fasnacht in Basel, spent a couple hours in France just for fun, bought and ate my favorite white chocolate coconut eggs that came out for Easter...yesss, tried a new cheese that turned out to be a success, went on a couple nice walks with Jachen, and acquired some new Swiss tins.
