< Countdown to the USA! USA! USA! >

Every Saturday, since we made our flight to the USA paper chain countdown, I snapped a little pic of the shrinking chain. It was so great to see those links pile up on the floor as evidence of one weekend closer. See that little itty bitty paper chain that is left up there on our shelf today? That's all folks. I cannot believe it's finally the last weekend before our joyous trip home for Christmas. Every time Jachen and I took off a link together, we would do a ridiculous celebratory dance followed by high fives. Every.single.time. Christmas is the best time of the year and we cannot wait to spend it with our favorite bunch.

ps. pray that our tiny 1 hour layover in Frankfurt won't be a beast to us. {i heard it's a challenging airport} CanNOT miss our connecting flight straight to Seattle!
