This dress by Rachel Zoe for her Spring collection, has got to be the most beautiful dress I have seen. I absolutely love it, it is perfect. I would say this is the ultimate dress for me. Not that I would ever actually own it, but if I EVER needed and had the money for a dress like this, this would be the one.
