< Thanksgiving Party Of Two >

It was just the two of us again this year. I miss the all day hanging out with family, I miss the chaos and the hours of cooking. Thanksgiving just isn't much of a holiday without all that. But, as usual, Jachen and I made the best of our little Thanksgiving evening.

This year we decided to go Raclette style for dinner...a traditional Swiss meal. Then of course I threw in some mashed potatoes with the dinner, because you just CANT have Thanksgiving without mashed potatoes.

So it was a quiet little evening together eating yummy Raclette and talking about what we are thankful for this year. Next year we can have the fun filled Thanksgiving again. {!!!}
