get in my belly.


tonight i made my best smoothie yet. i am feeling a bit under the weather so instead of my usual emergen-c in water i thought i would pour that packet in a fruit smoothie. my only regret is that i slurped it down all too fast.

what was in it?
1 packet of orange emergen-c
1 banana
1 activa raspberry yogurt
8 frozen strawberries
handful of frozen blueberries
a few ice cubes
a little bit of milk

simple enough.
note: do not take emergen-c right before bed. i made that mistake once and was up wide awake for hours. too bad i didn't read the packet where it said "super energy booster".

if i JUST had a blender i'd make smoothies every day. and i have about enough fruit in my freezer to feed a town.
